Refund Policy

To request a refund, contact our support team at ticketing@vibzlive.shop with your order details, the email address used at purchase, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within two (2) business days.

Please note that PayPal refund requests may take additional processing time depending on PayPal’s own review procedures, which are outside VibzLive’s control.

Pay-per-view purchases for live streams are non-refundable once the event has started or once your access code has been used to access the content. This policy exists because live event access is time-sensitive and content delivery begins immediately upon access.

If you purchased a ticket but were unable to attend due to a technical issue on VibzLive’s side, please contact support within 24 hours of the event end time with a description of the issue. We will review your case and, where a fault is confirmed on our end, provide extended access to a replay of the event for a period of no less than 48 hours as our standard remedy.

Event promoters or venues may cancel or postpone a scheduled event for reasons outside VibzLive’s control. In such cases, VibzLive will issue a full refund of the purchase price within 24 hours of being notified of the cancellation. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at purchase.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the subscription period has begun and premium content has been accessed. However, if you have not accessed any premium content, you may request a full refund within 5 days of your initial subscription purchase. Requests made after this window, or where content has been accessed, will not be eligible for a refund.

VibzLive supports all modern web browsers, iOS and Android devices, smart TVs, and compatible streaming devices including Roku and Amazon Fire TV. We strongly recommend testing your device and internet connection in advance of any live event to avoid disruption.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing purchased content, contact ticketing@vibzlive.shop as soon as possible with your access code, device type, and a description of the problem. We will investigate and respond within one (1) business day.

Bank transfers are not accepted as a payment method for live stream purchases. Any bank transfer received for a live event purchase will not be processed in time to grant access, and VibzLive accepts no liability for missed events resulting from a bank transfer attempt. These transactions are subject to delays based on commercial banking processing times.
