Yes — Vibz supports access across different devices, however
only one device may be used at a time. If you log in with
your code on a second device, the original device will be
logged out automatically.

Some events may have additional restrictions on device usage
to manage stream delivery quality.

Repeated attempts to sign in across multiple devices
simultaneously may result in access being temporarily blocked
for five to ten minutes. If this occurs, wait and then
refresh your browser.

Pay-per-view access periods vary by event and are stated
on each individual event page. Live stream access begins
at the scheduled start time.

Where a VOD replay is available after the event, your
original access code will continue to work for the replay
period stated on the event page.

Check your spam or junk folder first — confirmation emails
occasionally get filtered by email providers.

If you still can’t find it, contact us at ticketing@vibzlive.shop
with your purchase email address and order details and we
will resend your code promptly.

Selected events offer a VOD replay after the live stream ends.
Where a replay is available this will be clearly stated on
the event page.

Your original access code will continue to work for the
duration of the stated replay period — no additional
purchase required.

Pay-per-view purchases are non-refundable once the event
has started or your access code has been used to access
the content.

Subscription refunds are available within 5 days of
purchase provided no premium content has been accessed.

If you experienced a technical issue on our end that
prevented you from watching, contact us within 24 hours
of the event at ticketing@vibzlive.shop with your access code
and device details.
