VibzLive is a digital streaming platform operated by SCMedia Ltd., providing access to live Caribbean entertainment events, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and exclusive programming. VibzLive is accessible worldwide at vibzlive.shop.

VibzLive does not require you to create a user account. Access to paid content is granted through a unique alphanumeric access code issued to you by email upon successful purchase. You are responsible for keeping your access code secure. Sharing your access code with others may result in simultaneous access attempts, which the platform will restrict to a single active session at a time. VibzLive is not responsible for unauthorised use of a code that you have shared or failed to protect.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase content on VibzLive. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Where a parent or guardian makes a purchase on behalf of a minor, the adult accepts full responsibility for any use of the platform by that minor.

To avoid any confusion, the following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

Pay-Per-View (PPV): A one-time purchase granting access to a specific live event or VOD title for a defined viewing period, as stated on the individual event page. Once the viewing period expires, access is not guaranteed to continue without a further purchase.

Subscription: A recurring or fixed-term access plan, where available, granting access to a defined library of content or a set of scheduled events during the subscription period. Subscription terms, pricing, and included content are described at the point of purchase.

Free Content: Certain titles or previews may be made available at no charge. Free content is provided at VibzLive’s sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. VibzLive accepts major international credit and debit cards processed through PayPal, and regional payments through WiPay in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD) at the prevailing exchange rate. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Bank transfers are not accepted for live stream purchases and will not be processed in time for event access.

All content available on VibzLive — including but not limited to video recordings, live streams, artist performances, images, logos, and written descriptions — is protected by copyright and is the property of VibzLive, SCMedia Ltd., or the respective rights holders. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view the specific content during the applicable access period, on one device at a time, for private personal use only.

You may not reproduce, record, capture, redistribute, broadcast, upload, share, or create derivative works from any content on the platform, in whole or in part, without the express written consent of VibzLive. Any unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of your access and may give rise to legal liability.

VibzLive supports access via modern web browsers, iOS and Android devices, smart TVs, and compatible streaming devices including Roku and Amazon Fire TV. Access codes permit one active session at a time. Repeated attempts to use a code across multiple simultaneous devices may result in temporary blocking of access for up to ten minutes. VibzLive recommends testing your device and internet connection prior to any live event to ensure compatibility.

VibzLive makes reasonable efforts to ensure content is available during scheduled event times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Live events are subject to technical conditions beyond our control, including internet infrastructure, broadcaster conditions, and force majeure events. In the event of a significant service failure attributable to VibzLive, we will endeavour to provide a remedy as described in our Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VibzLive and SCMedia Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its content. This includes but is not limited to loss of enjoyment, data loss, or damages resulting from third-party network failures. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific transaction.

VibzLive is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform’s fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of event schedules, or continuity of content availability. Artist lineups and event details are subject to change by event promoters without prior notice to VibzLive.

Event promoters or venues may cancel, postpone, or alter scheduled events for reasons outside VibzLive’s control. In such cases, VibzLive will process applicable refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy. VibzLive accepts no liability for consequential losses arising from event cancellations by third-party promoters.

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of VibzLive, please contact us first at ticketing@vibzlive.shop so that we may attempt to resolve the matter directly. We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within five (5) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using VibzLive, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago for any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms.

VibzLive reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
